- When you fail to contact the police and us at the car accident.
- When you violate the rental agreement.
- When the accident is caused by an unregistered driver.
- When you have an accident without a driver license or during driver's license supension period.
- When you drive under the influence of alcohol.
- When you have an accident before or after our rental contract.
The cancellation charges below will be charged when you cancel a reservation.

When the reservation fee is over the cancellation charge, we will refund the balance to your designated bank account.A money transfer fee will be covered by you.
When you cancel the contract after the tour start or you return a rental car before the scheduled day due to your reason, there will be no refund.
