• When you fail to contact the police and us at the car accident.
• When you violate the rental agreement.
• When the accident is caused by an unregistered driver.

The cancellation charges below will be charged when you cancel a reservation.

When the reservation fee is over the cancellation charge, we will refund the balance to your designated bank account.A money transfer fee will be covered by you.

When you cancel the contract after the tour start or you return a rental car before the scheduled day due to your reason, there will be no refund.
